Silke Lotta Gonzalez Leon is a German-Andalusian artist living and working in Andalusia. Her practice is rooted in the concept of Anima Mundi - the idea of a living, interconnected world. Working with photography, digital media, painting and scultural elements, she explores perception, presence and relationality. In her ongoing series Blicke - Miradas - Gazes, eyes embedded in natural phenomena evoke awareness, and the experience of being seen by the world itself.
