Now almost 80 and having trained at art college in the 1970s, I have been painting and exhibiting atmospheric landscapes locally and internationally for 40 years. My work is inspired by climatic changes with dramatic skies providing the main visual focus. Moonlight is a favourite theme, providing peace and serenity in a challenged and chaotic world; my mantra being, ‘there is always light in the darkness’.
