Alida Velea currently lives and works in Bucharest, Romania. In 2020, she obtained a First Class Honors Degree, in Fine Arts, from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Alida's approach to painting predominantly embodies a figurative style, which she integrates into a cubism with abstract or surrealist notes. Her works have been included in various exhibitions, both personal and group. Last year, in addition to the personal exhibition from Brancovan Palaces, Bucharest, she exhibited at two biennials and many group exhibitions, among which: Red Dot Miami, Venice, Rome, Madrid.
